Inside every team or community, there are brilliant people not yet showing up at the size of their ambition and potential - most organisations are not short on talent.

So what’s getting in the way? It's the self-doubt that won't budge no matter how much evidence stacks up against it. Language that shrinks them in rooms where they should be taking up space. Fear of visibility, of asking, of being seen wanting more. Stories about who they are and what's possible for them - written long before they ever walked into your organisation.

These patterns shift when your people truly understand themselves, others and learn how to create real change from the inside out. That's what we help your employees do through our engaging talks and workshops.

Take a look at our signature talk below, but for organisations and communities with a specific challenge in mind - from leadership off sites to long term development partnerships - we co-design experiences.

Let's start with a conversation. We'll help you shape the right format for your people.

TALK YOURSELF UP

The language your people use about themselves shapes how they lead, and how they’re seen.

Talk Yourself Up is a 90-minute facilitated workshop that helps capable people recognise their value and communicate it with authority, particularly as they step into broader roles and greater responsibility.

Participants identify the language patterns undermining them, understand where those patterns come from, and practise new language for the moments that matter: meetings, pitches, performance reviews and negotiations. It is practical, research-informed and psychologically safe, with every share optional.

The self-talk loop Our inner monologue shapes what we say or hold back out loud. That creates an external ripple in how others respond, and their feedback confirms the original story.
