The Tools That Support The Work

Anthropology
Anthropology studies how culture, family and belonging shape the way people think and behave. It's what makes me curious about why you learned to be a certain way, and what you might be carrying that was never really yours.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
Often called tapping. You gently tap on acupressure points while focusing on a specific feeling or memory. It's used to calm the body's stress response so difficult emotions feel less charged and easier to work with.

Energetic practice
Practices that work with how you feel in yourself: your sense of presence, grounding and alignment. They help settle the nervous system and bring you back into a state where clarity and good decisions come more easily.

Human Design
A system that maps your birth details into a chart describing how you're naturally wired: how you make good decisions, where your energy flows, and where you're most likely to absorb pressure from others. I use it as a lens for insight and reflection, not as fact, and it gives us a fast way to spot where you might be living out of step with your own nature.

Hypnotherapy
Guided relaxation that brings you into a focused, receptive state, similar to being absorbed in a book or a daydream. You stay fully aware and in control throughout. In that state, the mind is more open to exploring the origins of a belief and taking on a new one.

Life coaching
A structured, forward-looking conversation about what you want and how to get there. We get clear on what matters to you, look honestly at what's in the way, and turn that into decisions and steps you can actually take, with someone in your corner holding you to what you said you wanted.

Mindset coaching
Working with the way you think: the beliefs, assumptions and inner narratives shaping what you believe is possible for you. It's where we challenge the thinking that keeps you small, and build the kind of self-belief that changes how you act, not just how you feel.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
A set of practical techniques that work with the link between language, thought and behaviour. NLP helps us notice the patterns running underneath what you say and do, then shift them: changing an unhelpful internal story, breaking an automatic reaction, or anchoring a resourceful state so you can return to it when you need it.

Parts work
An approach based on the idea that we're made up of different parts, each formed to protect us in some way: the perfectionist, the people-pleaser, the inner critic. Rather than fighting them, we get curious about what each one is trying to protect, which is usually where a pattern finally loosens.

Positive psychology
The branch of psychology that studies what helps people thrive, rather than only what goes wrong. It informs how we build on your strengths, set goals that genuinely motivate you, and create conditions where you can do your best work.

Somatic work
Working with what's held in the body rather than only in the mind. Patterns often show up physically first, as tension, tightness or a sinking feeling. Noticing and working with those sensations can release things that talking alone doesn't reach.

Subconscious coaching
Most of our beliefs, habits and reactions are formed early and run automatically, below conscious awareness. That's why knowing something isn't true doesn't stop it driving you. Subconscious coaching works at that deeper level, uncovering the belief behind a pattern and changing your relationship with it, so the change holds rather than needing constant willpower.

TIME Techniques
A technique for releasing the emotional charge attached to past events. Instead of reliving the memory, you work with the learning from it, so the event stays in the past without carrying the same emotional weight.
