Hi, I'm Lauren & I'm Happy You Found Your Way Here. I'm a mindset & high performance coach, artist, speaker and the creator of The Fine Tuned Method.
In case you're curious about my credentials; I have a degree in Anthropology, I'm a certified NLP, EFT, TimeLine Therapy & Hypnotherapy Practitioner. I am extensively trained in Human Design, Positive Psychology and Emotional Intelligence.
All of this means that I’m just obsessed with getting phenomenal results for my clients as quickly as possible.

FAQ'S & INFO
Q: How much time do I need to commit each week?
A: There is a 90 minute weekly group call and a daily practice that usually takes 15 minutes a day. This is the bare minimum requirement (and you can watch the call on your own time if you cannot attend live every week). There are optional but additional exercises and tools you can dive into and the Q&A chat group can be used as much or as little as you like.
Q: What if I can’t make one of the live calls?
A: No worries! All sessions are recorded and uploaded into your portal for you to watch at your convenience.
Q: I’ve tried mindset work before. How is this different?
A: This program doesn’t just focus on mindset, you are learning a powerful self-coaching process that integrates mindset, nervous system regulation, energy shifts, and habit stacking micro-habits so you experience real transformation, not just information.
Q: Is this program right for me?
A: If you’re ready to learn a system that will support you to break free from self-sabotage, to shift your energy and mood in minutes, to make real, lasting changes without overwhelm and be taking aligned action every day to manifest your dream life – this program is for you.
Q: Will I get 1:1 support?
